Shipping Rates
Shipping Charges w/insurance and handling inside the United States
Two factors combine to determine how fast you get your order.
First factor is time we need to process
your order, this will vary.
What is processing and why does some orders take more time than others?Most of our apparel sells out quickly and we are always in the process of making and replacing inventory. At times some items sell out faster than we can make them and we will not be able to ship some orders until the inventory level comes up to fill waiting orders. At times a popular fabric print may be temporarily unavailable and can delay making a order for a few days.
Large sized shirts of 3XL and bigger usually takes more time to make.
Since we do not have a inventory updating feature on this website please let us know if you have a deadline when you must have your order by placing a note on the order form comment box.
If we determine we can not make your deadline we will email you to let you know and to ask if you still want the order or to cancel.
In any case if you do not mention a deadline in the comment box we will still ship as soon as possible.
Please note also that your credit card will be automatically charged when the order is placed.
Second factor is the shipping option you
select and the
time the carrier needs to deliver.USPS Air Mail is the most popular and economical
and usually takes six days for the post office to delivery, but day of delivery is not guaranteed.
USPS Express Mail shipping time is faster costs more
and usually takes two to three days from the time it is shipped out from Hawaii, not from the time the order was received.
Also a signature will be required by someone at the ship
to address in order for your package to be delivered.
At times we will randomly use FedEx instead of USPS Express mail at no extra cost. If you have a P.O. Box address please make arrangements to use another ship to address as FedEx will not deliver to a P.O. Box.
Although these carriers are reliable we have NO guarantee how long it will take to ship as
we have no control over the United States Postal Service or FedEx. Also FedEx can give a late delivery a reason of beyond their control and will not refund shipping cost. Shipping costs are not refundable.*
In general the West coast will take less time than the East coast to deliver
your order. These times will vary depending on current conditions within
the U.S. Postal Service and FedEx.*
Please be aware that on occasion delayed airline flights,
bad weather, or some other unexpected condition within the U.S. Postal Service
can slow down regular mail delivery.
Federal Express
FedEx is a reliable carrier known for their speed and on time delivery.
Please note however that since Hawaii is almost one day behind the U.S. mainland there is NO overnight service from Hawaii to the central and east coast states of the United States mainlaind. FedEx orders will usuall take two business days to deliver not including weekends and holidays starting at the time your order is picked up by FedEx.
FedEx will not deliver to a P.O. Box address or deliver on weekends and holidays. Someone will also need to sign for the package for it to be delivered. Please note it is important that you provide your correct shipping address with your order since we may ship by FedEx. FedEx charges a $10.00 service fee if you give a wrong address and this will be charged to your card. Please double check your shipping address is correct.
If you have a deadline when you must have your order please let us
know by writing a note on the online order form comment box. If we determine
we will not be able to get the order prepared and delivered by your
deadline we will email you asking if you still want the order shipped
or to cancel.
We do email you the tracking number when your package is shipped so you can monitor the progress of the shipment.
Please check that your correct email address is given with your order so this tracking number will reach you.
