This Hawaii dress is made from a fabric blend of 50% cotton and 50% polyester with a back zipper.

S - Chest 35" Buttock 38" Length 51" (women' size 6)
M - Chest 37" Buttock 40" Length 51.5" (women's size 8)
L - Chest 39" Buttock 41" Length 52.5" (women's size 10)
XL- Chest 41" Buttock 43" Length 53.5" (women's size 12)
2XL-Chest 43" Buttock 45" Length 54.5(women's size 14)
3XL-Chest 45" Buttock 47" Length 55.5" (women's size 16)

The above size chart is the actual dress size measurements not a person actual body measurements.
A person with a chest measurement of 39" and hip 40" size XL would be the correct size. This will give this person about 2" extra room for the chest area and 5" extra room for the hip area to easily fit and move around in. If you want a looser fit size XL will also fit but with more room and freedom.
