*Our company only operates online and is based in Oahu, Hawaii where our products are bought from our websites and shipped all over the world. As it might be day in your location and night here in Hawaii, we often don't offer support by phone but always monitor/respond to email that is usually answered with in 24 hours. We understand that some people are more comfortable with phone support, but it's a simple resource issue - we're a small operation and telephone support is too staff-intensive and time intensive to be practical. By keeping as a small operation we can offer cheaper prices in return. We apologize if this causes any inconvenience.
*If you have a question about a order placed please have ready your order number located at the upper left corner of your invoice. If you did not get a order number then the system did not receive your order, most likely caused by not pressing submit order button as the last step.

Q: Do you have a walk in store?
A: No. We do not have a walk in store or factory for visiting. All business is conducted through this website, email, mail or phone. Orders are accepted online from this website 24 hours a day seven days a week with payment through credit card.
Q: How good is your on-line security?
A: We use the Yahoo store platform. Orders are securely handled using the proven industry standard SSL security for safe on-line transactions of your credit card and personal information. Your email and personal information is never sold or given out.
Q: Can you send me a catalog?
A: Since our pictures of products change often printed catalogs are not available as we decided printed catalogs would be out of date in a short time.
Q: How fast will I get my order?
A: Two factors determine this. First is the time we need to make the order. Second is the time the carrier USPS or FedEx needs to bring the package to you. Q: How accurate are your pictures displayed?
A: Although we make every effort to display true colors, your computer monitor, graphics card and settings can change even slightly the true colors displayed.
For best viewing we use standard monitor settings: 1024x768 pixel, color palett=256 colors or higher, font size=small. Special note on fabrics, prints and colors, In Hawaiian apparel no two items will be exactly the same since fabrics are cut from different locations on the material. This makes Hawaiian print apparel unique from mass produced apparel. For example a flower print showing on the upper left side of one shirt can be on the bottom right side of another shirt of the same print and size.

Q: I ordered two days ago but when I try to track the package on the USPS website I am not able, is there a problem?
A: Your package is one of many delivered to a local USPS post office in bulk. They are not individually scanned as received at the counter. As a result tracking numbers will show only pending delivery to the USPS for mailing which is the date the package was given to the USPS. It will not update on the USPS tracking website until it is finally delivered to your destination. This is an inconvenience when tracking packages and we have informed the USPS about this. We hope the USPS will address this problem soon but we have no control over the USPS. Although there is a tracking feature inconvenience we still prefer to use the USPS because they do a good job at getting the mail to you at a more economical and reasonable cost. If tracking your package is important to you we have FedEx shipping option available at the time the order is placed.
Q: How can I exchange or return to get a refund?

Q: How can I know something showing on your website is available now and in the quantity needed.
A: Please email us. Many of our items are selling out and more is being made on a continuing basis. As a general rule if you see it on the website it is available.
Q: I like what I see on your website but I have not ordered from you before and there are thousands of Hawaiian shirt websites on the internet. How can I be assured I'll be happy with your service and my order?
A: We have been selling on-line since 1997 and one of the best ways to find out how a website is doing is to see what many other customers had to say about shopping there. Q: I think my card was charged twice, I see two charges when I pull up my on line statement?
A: When you place the order on line, you Authorized the money to be taking out from your card, it is called the pending charge, Your Bank will hold the Monday for 3 days. (Your bank will make sure the money is there when we submit the purchase charge.)
When we submit the charge within 3 days after you place the order, your on line bank statement will show it as a 2nd charge and this can be a cause for confusion. Your bank and our bank will settle and clear the transaction in 2 to 3 days, you will then see only ONE charge after 4 days from the time you placed the order.
